Managing Director
Shane helps companies utilize business system
technologies to achieve their business goals and objectives.
He has implemented Dynamics GP™ (Great Plains) at dozens
of industry leading organizations across North America over
the past 15 years.
In 2002 Shane Hall and Gianmarco Salzano formed
Reporting-Central Business Software a leading Microsoft Business
Solutions reseller and implementer of Dynamics GP™ (Great
Plains). Shane is a Certified General Accountant and holds
a bachelor degree in corporate finance from Carleton University.
Prior to founding Reporting-Central, Shane was
Great Plains Team Leader at Corporate Renaissance Group, a
leading Microsoft Business Solutions reseller and ISV of Dynamics
GP™. Before CRG, Shane held a key leadership position
at ePartners, the largest Microsoft Business Solutions reseller
and Microsoft Dynamics 2001 VAR of the Year. Shane began his
focus on Great Plains in 1994 as an End User at Canada’s
Science & Technology Museum.
GIANMARCO SALZANO
Director, Business Development
Over the past 12 years Gianmarco has helped
over 100 companies evaluate, select, design and implement
the right Microsoft Dynamics based business solution. Fully
understanding the needs of customers and working with the
best consultants in the industry has enabled Gianmarco to
be in involved with some of the most successful projects in
the Microsoft Dynamics business solution industry.
Gianmarco offers a range of management, business
development and marketing skills that create opportunities
at all levels of the Microsoft community. Thinking ahead and
outside of the box affords Reporting-Central the ability to
exceed the expectations of our customers, our partners and
the Microsoft Dynamics community at every turn.
Having worked for large and small partners,
Gianmarco consistently ranked in the top 5 for sales over
his tenure at ePartners (1997 thru 2002) and significantly
contributed to both start-up and expansion plans of several
Microsoft Dynamics partners along the Eastern Seaboard.
CLARK A. PATTERSON
Director, Product Management
Clark Patterson serves as the Project Management
Director for Reporting-Central. Mr. Patterson brings over
13 years of product development, IT operations, project management
and business analysis experience in the areas of Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP), Sales Force Automation (SFA) and
Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Mr. Patterson has
implemented Dynamics GP for more than 300 end-users. He is
a certified Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Software consultant
at both the technical and application levels. Mr. Patterson
holds both CIS-LAN and CAAS certifications for the Dynamics
family of business solutions.
Prior to joining Reporting-Central, Mr. Patterson
was an independent consult operating as CAP Services LLC and
he also worked with several Dynamics GP Partners on the east
coast helping them achieve and maintain Inner Circle status
in the Dynamics community.
Mr. Patterson has served as Project Manager,
has designed and documented accounting procedures meeting
GAAP, SEC, ISO, Tax Agencies, and other external reporting
requirements. He has trained and audited various costing methods
in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
Mr. Patterson has also managed technical development projects
and performed complete installations and upgrades to existing
Dynamics GP systems. Mr. Patterson has been asked by clients
on several occassions to act as the Controller during and
after several implementations due to lack of resources on
the client side.
Mr. Patterson was the Information Technology
Manager at CambridgeSoft Corporation, a $15M Software Company
serving R&D sectors of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology. His
responsibilities included implementing Dynamics GP (Great
Plains eEnterprise). He also provided the company's first
integrated back office system with custom integrations to
sales channels, fulfillment outsourcing, product/customer
registration and sales reporting. He managed several projects
involving all departments in developing new processes and
implementing new technologies.
Mr. Patterson received his B.S. in Business
Administration from Waynesburg College and attended Penn State
University with a minor in Computer Science, Business Applications.
