The Closer was designed specifically to be simple to install, configure
and use. It has an ultra-light footprint and is installed outside
of Dynamics GP®. The Closer does not write, change, update or
impact anything in Dynamics GP. It only selects the required data
from Dynamics GP to be analyzed for reconciliation. It uses its
own tables and stored procedures for each Dynamics GP company. The
Closer does not require the user’s machine to have access
to Dynamics GP, it only requires an ODBC connection to the Dynamics
GP Database. The Closer works in Citrix and Remote Desktop environments.

There are no special system requirements to run The Closer
Update and Enhancement
The Closer works with the core tables and fields in Dynamics
GP® and is not impacted by each service pack update.
The only exception may be the Inventory tool, which will be
updated for all releases and service packs.
